Taleb Realty LLC, a US-based company, is seeking a talented and creative part-time videographer to help us create engaging, high-quality video content for marketing our real estate properties. As a part-time videographer, you will be responsible for shooting and editing videos for property listings, promotional materials, and other marketing needs. You will work closely with the management team to create visually compelling and informative content that showcases the properties we represent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Film high-quality video content for property listings, virtual tours, promotional videos, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize, plan, and execute video content aligned with our branding and messaging.
• Edit and produce videos with engaging visuals, music, and narration as required.
• Ensure all content is optimized for various platforms, including social media, and websites.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time role.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a videographer, ideally in real estate or related industries.
• Experience with real estate marketing and virtual tours.
• A creative and proactive approach to problem-solving and video production.
• Knowledge of drone videography for aerial shots is a plus.
• Skilled in creating engaging scripts, storyboards, and concepts for video projects.
